Notes:
1. Rates and duties may change. Rates, payment and duties will be agreed upon by both parties prior to service rendered. First time house sits and pet sits require half payment prior to your departure. Full payment is due immediately upon your return; prepayment is always preferred. Any house sit or pet sit 7 days or longer in duration requires prepayment in full. There is a 3-day minimum charge on all house sits and pet sits. There is an additional charge for additional duties, additional pets, etc. House visits, house sits, and pet sits that are longer in duration than originally agreed upon during the consultation will incur additional charges. Payment for any additional charge is to be settled immediately upon your return.
2. I prefer not to encounter your friends and relatives visiting the house while I am house sitting. Please notify me if you think someone will be coming by and if you are expecting a package delivery, house cleaner, maintenance worker, etc. If you are going to be gone for more than 7 days it is a good idea to introduce me to your neighbors or notify your neighbors so that they understand I will be staying there for a while.
3. Please note that I am not a housekeeper so please make sure your home is as tidy as possible for the comfort of everyone involved. However, I do clean up after myself and do my best to make it look like I was never there so you can come home and relax from your trip. I bring my own bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, and food.
4. I reserve the right to refuse a request for a house visit, house sit or pet sit if I feel I would not make a good fit for you and/or your pet. It is very important that I meet all pets to be cared for prior to any pet sit.
5. Sorry, I cannot house visit, house sit, or pet sit outside the greater Puget Sound area, and I do not have experience with snakes or spiders.
